* 410 Crescent Arms Double-Barreled Shotgun,
2006, Firearms and Early Militaria Auction, Dec 7
410 gauge, 26" barrels, blued barrels, case hardened frames and side lock plates. Checkered stock, forend with hard rubber buttplate. Buttstock has nice figural shaped wood. Trigger pull is 14.75". Ivory front bead.

Condition:  
Barrels retain ca 98% original blue. Finish is vivid with a little wear at the end of the barrels. A little worn from the back of the barrels at both sides near the breech, otherwise retaining ca 98% blue finish. Frame retaining ca 60% case colors. Colors are missing on bottom of frame around the hinge pin and rear of forearm. Sidelocks retaining ca 80% vivid case colors, but thinning around the outer edges of lockplates. Top lever retains ca 95% case colors. Wood retains most of its original oil finish with a few minor dings and scratches. A very nice example of a double-barreled shotgun.
