all horizontal folio-sized with 2-holes punched for binding, image sizes from 7.5" x 9.75" to ca 2.75" x 3.5", most are postcard-sized or larger. One album with 296 images and one map, including wonderful fossil and wildlife photographs, many Eskimo images, earthquake damage, aerial images, great selection of early airplane images, whaling images, and more, PLUS 2nd album with 231 images and 1 map including aerials of Juneau, wonderful landscapes by Winters & Pond, many different disaster images, dog sleds, totem poles, wildlife, city and townscapes, wonderful solar eclipse images and more, AND 3rd album with 288 images and a hand-drawn postcard on leather of Eskimo and his dog sled with team artist signed George Aden Ahgupuk, listed in Lester 1995, pg 6. This album is mainly Eskimo images from both Alaska and Greenland groups, also some Tlingit images, many truly wonderful images. In total these albums have over 800 photographs and 2 maps.
